SmoothSCALES

Ad agency in Costa Rica

Ads for home buildersin Costa Rica.

Get everything out of the homes you already delivered. We make your company's Facebook and Instagram ads from your real builds.

We also work with developers, architects and remodeling companies.

The problem

You know how to build. Making ads is a different trade.

  1. You have finished homes on your phone that never became an ad.
  2. Putting an ad together takes hours away from the site, and you end up with a photo and some text on top.
  3. Your builds deserve far better ads than the ones you are running.

That part is ours, using your real material: your photos, your videos, your homes.

The work

This is what your company's ad could look like.

A real house in Costa Rica, in phone photos and videos, turned into ads with motion, light and copy that speaks to people who already own a lot.

What your ad could look like voice and captions
Same house five weeks
How most builders post it and how we do

Valle Sereno is a sample name. The house, the dates and the photos are real, in Costa Rica.

A finished house exactly as it came out of the phone: white facade, wooden door, gravel yard
Straight from the phone
The same house ready for the ad: blue hour, lights on, lawn and a clean finish
Ready for the ad

From the phone photo to the ad.

Same house, same angle. We bring the light, the grounds and the finish; the build is yours. Two photos like these and a walk-up video are enough for a whole campaign.

How we work

The review comes first. Then the ads.

  1. Tell us about your company.

Two minutes in the form: what you build, where, and how you are advertising today.

  2. We review it and tell you what we'd change.

We look at your ads, your page and what you post. You get a personal reply, with a clear opinion and no fluff.

  3. We make the ads from your builds.

From the photos and videos you already have. Four new ads a month, in different formats, so the same house never looks the same twice.

  4. We set up the campaign and look after it.

Messages land on your WhatsApp with a welcome that asks about the lot, the area and the timeline. Every 15 days you get a report.

Who is behind it

Mario Ledezma, Guanacaste, Costa Rica.

I'm from Guanacaste. I do this for one reason: on every build, you and your crew collect photos and videos with real effort, and almost all of it stays on a phone.

That material is worth something. I turn it into ads and run your campaign on Facebook and Instagram the way it works today, to bring you more clients with what you already built.

You build and take care of your clients. The ads are on me, for builders, developers and architects across the country.

Frequently asked

What builders ask before we start.

Who pays for the ad spend?

You do, directly to Meta from your own ad account. Your ad budget never passes through us.

What access do you need?

Partner access to your Facebook and Instagram page through Meta Business. Never a password.

Who receives the messages?

You do, on your WhatsApp. You or your team reply. We leave a welcome message ready with three questions: where the lot is, whether there are plans, and when they want to start.

How long until it's live?

The campaign or any changes go live within three business days of getting access.

Is there a contract?

No. We work month to month. Pricing is discussed on the call, after the review.

Are phone photos good enough?

Yes. The more real, the better they work. If you have videos of the site, even better.

We'll tell you what we'd change.

We review how you are advertising and reply personally, no strings attached. We work with builders, developers and architects anywhere in Costa Rica.
